Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, managing leads, scheduling and conducting property showings, and forming strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include negotiating transactions, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, and working collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsProven sales, negotiation, and client interaction abilities in real estate or related fieldsProficiency in market research, data analysis, and real estate marketing strategiesStrong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities, with attention to detailAdaptability to hybrid work environments and ability to work in a fast-paced industryExperience with CRM platforms and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plusReal estate license (or willingness to obtain) for the relevant state or territoryPassion for real estate and commitment to providing exceptional client service
