OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in an L4 role focused on Operations and Trade Promotions Management. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-4 years of experience who excel in stakeholder communication, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in managing trade promotion operations, supporting business teams, and driving continuous improvement through analytical tools and automation.ResponsibilitiesManage and support day-to-day operations related to Trade Promotions Management (TPM).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional plans and operational workflows.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support business insights and decision-making.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable solutions.Support citizen development initiatives and automation projects where applicable.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across systems.Maintain documentation and provide training or support to end users as needed.Qualifications3-4 years of experience in operations, trade promotions, or related business functions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and data handling).Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Good understanding of business systems is a plus.Basic knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for automation or data transformation tasks.Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
