Company: Al APM Trading FZC – Doing trade under trademarks:PhiVate (marketing agency) & EBISSYS (custom software)Location: UAE – Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, client-facing Sales & Business Development Executive to drive new business for two brands under Al APM Trading FZC:PhiVate – a strategy-first social media & digital marketing firm.EBISSYS – a custom software and technology solutions company.You’ll be the face of both brands in the UAE: finding opportunities, meeting decision-makers, pitching, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify leads across UAE (hospitality, F&B, retail, wellness, SMEs, corporates, etc.).Book and attend client meetings, present services, and run discovery sessions.Sell PhiVate retainers (social media, content, strategy, paid ads) and EBISSYS custom software projects.Prepare proposals, quotes and basic ROI justifications with support from the founders and tech/marketing teams.Own the full sales cycle: outreach to meeting to proposal to negotiation to close.Maintain an organised pipeline in CRM and report weekly on meetings, proposals, and closed deals.Represent the brands at events, networking nights and industry meet ups.Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and happy clients.What You’ll Bring2+ years of B2B sales experience – ideally in marketing agency, media, SaaS, or tech/services.Strong communication and presentation skills in English; confident in client meetings and video calls.Polished, professional presence and comfortable dealing with founders, GMs, and marketing managers.Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.Self-driven, organised and comfortable working with a lean, fast-moving founding team.Existing UAE market knowledge and network is a strong plus.Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.Must be eligible for a UAE work visa (visa sponsorship provided).Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: AED 5,000 per monthCommission Structure:PhiVate (Marketing Services)20% of first month’s retainer5% recurring for the next 3 monthsEBISSYS (Custom Software Projects)12% per project closedRealistic Total Monthly Earnings:AED 10,000 – 17,000+ per month(Top performers can exceed AED 20,000; commissions are uncapped.)Benefits:UAE work visa providedMedical insurancePerformance-based bonusesCareer progression into Senior Sales / UAE Country LeadHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn with your CV and a short note explaining:Your most relevant sales experience (industry + typical deal size).Your biggest closed deal and how you won it.Your current location and notice period.Only candidates with strong client-facing skills and a professional, presentable profile will be contacted for the next stage.
