Business Development & Sales Manager📍 Remote / Berlin, GermanyXmethod is a Berlin-based digital production agency that helps startups and companies worldwide launch products faster through Low-Code / No-Code development. We build MVPs, web, and mobile solutions that help our clients bring ideas to market in record time.We’re looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager (3+ years of experience) to help scale our business, boost brand awareness, and grow our international client base. 🚀 What You’ll DoDrive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for Low-Code / No-Code and MVP development projects.Increase Xmethod’s brand visibility across international and CIS markets.Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.Build and optimize a predictable sales process that scales.Develop long-term partnerships and support client retention and upsell opportunities. 🧩 What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in IT, digital, or software development services).Strong understanding of digital product development and Low-Code / No-Code technologies.Proven track record in managing the entire sales cycle and meeting targets.Confident communicator and negotiator; able to present value-based solutions.Fluent English and Russian (both are mandatory).German will be a plus.Experience working remotely and managing an international pipeline through CRM.💡 You’ll Succeed If YouHave excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Are self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.Think strategically — spotting growth opportunities before others do.Are adaptable and thrive in a fast-changing environment.Work well with cross-functional teams — especially marketing and delivery.🎁 What We OfferWork with international clients and innovative projects in the fast-growing Low-Code / No-Code industry.Opportunity to shape the company’s growth and influence global strategy.A creative, tech-forward, and supportive environment that values initiative.Flexible remote work format.💰 Salary: €2,200–€3,000/month + performance-based bonuses.🟢 Ready to grow business in the world of Low-Code and digital innovation?
