This is a pivotal role for someone eager to take ownership of the German market and drive new business in a high-growth environment.🔹 80% New Business Development🔹 20% Strategic Account ManagementThis role offers full autonomy over your sales activity and pipeline, with close collaboration alongside European senior leadership. You’ll play a central role in shaping growth, influencing specifications, and building long-term relationships with both new and existing partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver commercial growth by identifying and converting high-value project opportunities across Germany.Develop strong relationships with end users, specifiers, OEMs, and distributors.Influence technical specifications to secure competitive advantage.Design and implement tailored sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets.Collaborate with regional leadership to strengthen brand presence and align with overall sales strategy.Maintain accountability for your own pipeline while supporting wider team objectives.Candidate ProfileProven track record in Business Development within an engineering or technical environment.Native-level German and fluent English (essential).OEM experience / background is crucial. Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage credibly across engineering-driven markets.Independent, proactive, and commercially focused mindset.Full driving license required.Willingness to travel.PLEASE NOTEGerman and English language are a must for this role.
