Join us at AITS, where we are committed to building a future-ready workforce through world-class training programs in industrial software, automation, and digital transformation.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Identify and pursue new B2B (e.g., utilities, food & beverage, infrastructure, education sectors).Build, manage, and convert a sales pipeline using an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and commercial offers aligned with client needs.Conduct client presentations, demos, and negotiations to close contracts.Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure long-term account retention.Manage and grow key accounts.Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering value-added training solutions.Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Align with the development team on the new training blueprints and partnership programs with universities and professional bodies.Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the 101’s offerings and generate leads.Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance dashboards.Ensure accurate CRM data entry and timely follow-ups on all opportunities.Work closely with Marketing to execute campaigns, webinars, and digital lead generation initiatives.Collaborate with Delivery, Curriculum, and Finance teams on proposals and training schedules.Provide market feedback to guide product development and pricing strategy.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development in training, education, industrial automation, EdTech, or digital transformation.Proven experience in managing key accounts and delivering revenue targets.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), proposal development, and digital/ABM marketing.Familiarity with industrial software training (AVEVA, OSIsoft PI, SCADA, HMI, ISA standards, etc.) is a strong advantage.WHY JOIN US?At AITS, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding one of our business division and driving impact across enterprises, government, and academia.
