Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.Guide new clients through product onboarding, training, and feature adoption.Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams (Support, Product, and Sales) to resolve issues quickly.Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks of churn.Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and share insights with the Sales team.Document customer feedback to help improve product functionality and experience.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues in CRM tools.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship, or Account Management roles (preferably in SaaS or IT).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle client escalations professionally.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
