Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage all inquiries related to our products and services.Perform end-to-end lead management: generate, follow up, convert.Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.Educate and assist customers throughout the decision-making process.Provide support to OBGYNs, gatekeepers, and clients, including conducting product knowledge and program training.Handle hospital-related events, maternity talks, and presentations.Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and customer documents.Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team and handle escalations when needed.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major).2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles (Pharmaceutical/Medical Equipment industry preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to connect with both clients and medical professionals.Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and a natural relationship-builder.Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment.Ethical, reliable, and organized with a professional appearance.Willingness to work on weekends if events or client needs arise.Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle is a plus.
