ELTarek Automotive now distributes more than 18 well-known vehicle brands across its branches nationwide. With a market share of 16% in Egypt, the company focuses on providing an exceptional sales and after-sales experience to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Giza. The Sales Consultant will focus on guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities include consulting with customers to identify their needs, recommending suitable products, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. The role will involve regular interaction with the customer base to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience. Qualifications Expertise in Sales Consulting and consulting-related activitiesStrong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to deliver an excellent customer experienceExceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clientsProficiency in Customer Service to handle inquiries, concerns, and transactions professionallyProven ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet sales goalsFamiliarity with the automotive industry and experience in retail sales is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
