In Honduras, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a passion for business and the ambition to thrive in a competitive market.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with local and multinational companies.Create and present tailored proposals for Recruitment, RPO, Permanent Placement, and Talent Solutions.Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients.Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.Negotiate and finalize contracts with decision-makers at managerial and executive levels (HR, Finance, General Management).Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value solutions to clients.💡 QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in HR services, consulting, IT, outsourcing, or staffing.Strong knowledge of the Honduran market and business environment.Excellent negotiation and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at the C-Level.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.Fluent English is required.
