Our client is a leading international FMCG company with a strong portfolio of well-known consumer brands.We are looking for a Regional Sales Controller to support commercial teams across the DACH and Nordic regions.This role acts as a key business partner, helping drive profitable growth and ensuring strong financial control.This role is based in Heidelberg, Germany (3 days in-office).Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Controller:• Manage financial performance and trade budgets for assigned customers and channels• Lead month-end closing, forecasting, and reporting activities• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to prepare reviews and year-end negotiations• Support continuous improvement of financial tools and processes• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and consultantsSkills and Experience Required:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field• 2–3 years of experience in Finance or commercial controlling, ideally in FMCG• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding• Excellent Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar systems• Fluent in English; German is an advantage• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentDue to the high volume of applications we receive, we’re only able to contact those selected for the next stage of the process.
