Job Description
The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between overseas business principals and internal management, ensuring smooth communication, precise proposal processing, efficient coordination of travel and exhibitions, and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:Review, edit, and format proposals and quotations received from overseas principals.Communicate professionally with international partners via email, phone, and Teams meetings.Track, prioritize, and follow up on quotations and proposals, providing regular status updates to management.Coordinate logistics and itineraries for visits by overseas principals and for management’s international travel.Assist in planning and managing exhibitions — from identifying opportunities to coordinating participation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Prepare meeting minutes (MOM) and monthly progress reports for management.Skills & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proven experience in coordination, reporting, and multitasking.Ability to manage logistics, travel arrangements, and event planning.Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
