We strive to maintain superior quality and service standards in the rapidly growing food industry.The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end order-to-delivery process to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Finance and Warehouse teams to handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage invoicing, and oversee timely dispatch and delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with customers to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.Respond to incoming customer calls, emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Handle invoicing and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Liaise with Marketing and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution from inquiry to delivery.Monitor and oversee the delivery and distribution process, ensuring timely dispatch and fulfillment.Maintain accurate order records and follow up on customer requirements and concerns.Identify and support operational improvements to maintain high service standards.Prepare quotations, invoices and other related sales documentation.Candidate Profile:3 - 5 years of experience in customer service with operations or coordination roles (FMCG or distribution industry preferred).Strong communication and follow-up skills.Good command of English and Sinhala.Familiar with invoicing software, MS Excel and ERP systems.Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.If interested, kindly forward your CV to careers@eigerholdings.com by mentioning the post you are applying for in the subject column.
