Combining design expertise with operational excellence, the team supports the delivery of inspiring, functional, and sustainable workplaces.About the RoleAs the Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and design partners within the furniture division. Based in the company’s Dubai showroom, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing client communications, preparing quotations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth project administration.This role is ideal for someone with a passion for furniture and interiors who thrives in a structured, client-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients, providing a professional and engaging experience.Support the sales team with product information, pricing, and quotation preparation.Maintain accurate client and project records in the CRM system.Manage sample inventory and coordinate logistics for orders and deliveries.Liaise with suppliers and internal project teams to ensure efficient order processing and client satisfaction.Prepare client proposals, presentations, and follow-up correspondence.Generate sales and stock reports for management as required.Support the onboarding and training of new team members when needed.Who You AreYou are personable, organized, and passionate about interiors and design.
