Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to partner closely with the Account Owner in delivering outstanding service to key account clients. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Account Owner to manage daily commercial routines and support key account clients. Prepare and provide freight rate quotations to clients, ensuring accurate rate filing and documentation in the system. Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with relevant offices on rates, services, and local requirements. Follow up with the Account Owner on assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and timely cargo movement. Permanent support to Account Owner with system and filings Coordinate with destination and loading offices as well as overseas offices to resolve any issues related to import/export cargo. Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gather market insights. Report regularly on sales performance, account needs, and operational challenges. Achieve performance targets as set in the CRM system. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role within the shipping industry. Higher education degree in Maritime, Shipping, Logistics, or related field (Odesa National Maritime University preferred). Strong knowledge in Ukrainian shipping and logistic market, experience in UA shipping industry during martial law period. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify and resolve complex issues. Quality-oriented with ability to follow, create, and improve processes according to KPIs and objectives. Customer service mindset, ensuring effective and efficient cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in Ukrainian and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software packages. Ability to work 5 days per week from office.
