Sales & Delivery Trainer – Arabic Speaker

What To ExpectThe UK/IE/ME Training Team is seeking a Sales & Delivery Trainer to develop and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for field teams across the Middle East. This position plays a key role in accelerating sales growth by ensuring consistency in our sales processes, approach and techniques. The ideal candidate will help the wider Training Team to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement as well as act as a trusted coach and mentor.We are looking for a strong communicator who is passionate about sales and delivery and helping others to develop their abilities. This candidate will be proficient in articulating complex concepts into easy-to-understand formats. In addition to excellent facilitation skills, the candidate should display a hands-on and solutions orientated. Being flexible in a fast-paced environment is key.This role is based in Riyadh, KSA.What You'll DoCreate, deliver and report on virtual and in-person ILT training and onboarding sessions nationallyEmpower Sales/Delivery field teams to drive individual and team performance leaning on One Motion principles and relevant sales techniques for the Sales OrgFoster an engaging learning environment by applying various training strategies and adult learning practisesIdentify, analyse and track training effectiveness using data driven methodologiesCollaborate with key stakeholders across the Middle East to remain in-the-know of local and regional priorities. Ensuring a feedback loop between leadership and field teams to enable continuous improvementConduct new joiner onboarding programmes including Launchpad and Sales/Delivery specific trainingWhat You'll BringExperience in facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led trainingNative Arabic and English speaker with oral and written proficiency Proven track record in sales with a strong grasp of sales techniquesAbility to prioritise and manage time effectivelyAbility to problem solve and ‘think outside the box’This role requires frequent travel across the Middle East , Tesla
