Responsibilities And ResponsibilitiesMaintain CRM/SalesForce database, creating and managing user accounts, roles, and profiles Support to sales and applications teams to maximize leads and opportunitiesValidate and track leads and opportunities through the quoting processCreating reports and dashboards to visualize data and track performancePartner with Applications and Sales Team to ensure quoting process is in line with customer commitmentsAssist in holding sales team to customer commitmentContact warm & cold leads to qualify potential opportunities, early-stage lead follow-up and qualificationOther administrative duties as assignedRequired SkillsStrong understanding of data management and CRM principles.
