Our mission is to:Perfectly understand the requirements and pain points of our merchant prospects/clientsDrive effective execution while being sharply oriented to scoping complex solutionsEnsure that we are always relevant to merchants and they find our interactions very valuableOur Team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of very ambitious and knowledgeable payment professionals, as well as the freedom to make your own impact. You, as our Enterprise Sales Executive, will be driving growth by expanding our customer base.How you will make an impactBuild and scale a high-performing SDR team in Dublin through strategic hiring, onboarding, and developmentLead by example in outbound outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation to set a high bar for performanceDrive individual and team growth through regular 1:1s, team meetings, coaching sessions, and structured performance reviewsOwn SDR team targets and ensure high-quality outbound execution across channels and marketsPartner closely with Sales and Marketing to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign executionFoster a strong team culture focused on accountability, excellence, and collaborationChampion a hands-on, performance-driven mindset and lead by exampleWhat we are looking forYou have 3–4+ years of experience leading SDR/BDR teams (manager or team lead level), ideally within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environmentYou have prior hands-on, outbound experience as an individual contributor in a SDR or BDR roleYou are familiar with enterprise-level sales cycles and multi-stakeholder prospectingYou are passionate about coaching others and building high-performing sales teamsYou bring strong communication, feedback, and interpersonal skillsYou thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environmentsYou reflect the Payrails DNA: you’re a builder at heart, you take initiative, and you move fast without sacrificing qualityYou are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German etc.) is a plusExperience in fintech or payments is a strong plusWhat we offerHigh impact and high velocity environment with the most talented and ambitious people you will ever work withA chance to shape the story of a company and a category from the ground upReal ownership.
