Office Beacon is hiring a Sales Developer Full-Time role - USA HoursRemoteObjective:(Lead Generation) Drive business growth by leveraging market analysis and outbound marketing techniques to identify and connect with potential buyers across the aesthetics and skincare industry in the U.S.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Data Review and UpdateReview and verify existing customer lists to ensure accuracy and active business status.Confirm and update key contact details including email addresses, phone numbers, and websites.Deliver validated customer data with at least 95% accuracy in the required format.2. Market Research and Data SourcingConduct online research to identify aesthetic spas and skincare centers across the U.S. that use or promote leading microdermabrasion systems.Prioritize data collection for California and Arizona, followed by other U.S. states.Compile and deliver all collected data in the required format, ensuring compatibility with internal systems.3. Outbound Sales and Lead GenerationUtilize the validated database to initiate outbound sales activities.Conduct follow-up calls to potential leads, focusing on customer engagement, product inquiries, and marketing opportunities.Offer promotional incentives to encourage social media engagement.Maintain accurate and timely communication of lead data and call outcomes.Ensure all Office Beacon team members complete the necessary product and sales training to perform these tasks effectively.4. Expansion ProjectsExtend data research and outreach efforts to Canada and the Caribbean markets.Include spas and businesses offering crystal microdermabrasion services.
