About The RoleRise is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities across fintech, Web3, and global payroll markets.You will own outbound prospecting, qualify inbound interest, and book meetings for Account Executives. This role is focused on pipeline generation, structured outreach, and continuous improvement of messaging and conversion rates.This is a high-impact, front-line sales role with a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive position based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research companies within target industries including fintech, Web3, DAOs, global payroll, and distributed teamsExecute high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and sales automation toolsQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP and buying signalsBook qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure clean opportunity handoffMaintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpotTest and optimize outreach messaging to improve reply rates and meeting conversionsDevelop strong product knowledge to clearly communicate Rise’s value propositionProvide structured feedback to marketing and product teams on lead quality and messaging performanceRequirements1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales as an SDR, BDR, or similarProven experience with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreachStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentHighly organized and self-motivated in a remote settingBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or global payroll industriesUnderstanding of Employer of Record and contractor payment solutionsExperience selling into Finance, Operations, or HR/People teamsPrevious experience in a fast-growth startup environmentCompensation & Logistics$24,000 - $30,000 a year plus commissionsFull-time, remote roleMust be based in Latin AmericaStrong time zone overlap with U.S. business hours requiredSuccess Metrics (First 3–6 Months)First 30 DaysComplete onboarding and product trainingDemonstrate proficiency in CRM workflows and outbound toolsLaunch outbound campaigns aligned with ICPBy 90 DaysConsistently hit or exceed monthly meeting booking targetsMaintain high-quality CRM hygiene and accurate lead qualificationShow measurable improvement in outreach conversion ratesBy 6 MonthsBuild a predictable pipeline contribution aligned with revenue targetsDevelop specialization in at least one vertical or ICP segmentBe on track for performance-based promotion toward Account ExecutiveCompany OverviewRise is a global payments and compliance platform that enables companies, DAOs, and agencies to onboard, pay, and reward employees and contractors in both fiat and cryptocurrencies.The platform supports compliant onboarding in 190+ countries, automated routing between fiat and crypto payouts, and secure on-chain professional identities.
