About The RoleWe're looking for a sharp, confident, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growth team. This is a remote role, but you'll operate in alignment with U.S. business hours. Your mission: open doors, spark conversations, and set high-quality appointments with potential clients in the B2B space. You'll be the voice and energy of our sales pipeline — creating the first impression that determines everything that follows.Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social engagement to identify and qualify potential clients. Schedule and confirm appointments for the Account Executive team with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Research target industries and tailor outreach based on company needs and pain points. Maintain accurate, organized data in CRM systems and ensure follow-ups are timely and personalized. Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging based on data and feedback. Consistently hit — and aim to crush — your KPIs for qualified calls, appointments set, and conversion ratesRequirementsRequirements Fluent in English (C1-C2 level) — you'll be communicating daily with U.S.-based clients and must sound natural, persuasive, and professional. Proven track record in B2B appointment setting and outbound calls — minimum 2 years of solid experience in a similar role. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quotas in a performance-driven environment. Strong understanding of outbound sales tools (CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Exceptional communication and listening skills — you know when to talk and when to let silence sell. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Comfortable with fast-paced environments where agility and adaptation are key. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling SaaS, tech services, or digital marketing solutions. Previous experience working with U.S. clients or companies.
