Our Sales Development Representatives act as the initial point of contact and are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team.What You'll DoSource new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreachQualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging MEDDPICC criteriaGrow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaignsResearch companies and add prospects to our outbound listMaintain accurate client relationship data within SalesforceRequirementsCandidates are required to have prior experience working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach is highly valuedStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening skills and energetic phone presenceHigh level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processesDedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basisDeep interest in understanding business challengesSense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processesFluent Spanish and professional English requiredPortuguese is a strong plusPrevious experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plusCandidate must be in ChileNice to HavesPrior experience with customer-facing and/or sales rolesPrior Sales Tooling experience (preferably Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, Outreach, ect.)Experience with selling to CMO officeExperience at a high-growth startupBachelor's degree from a four-year university
