Limited is a rapidly growing global IT services and staff augmentation company providing software development, technology solutions, and outsourcing services.We are expanding our international sales team and looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business growth in the US and global markets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with some sales experience to develop their skills and grow into a senior sales role.Role OverviewThe Junior SDR will assist in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients across B2B and B2C segments, primarily focusing on the US market. You will support senior sales professionals in prospecting, client communication, and deal coordination while learning the full sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & OutreachResearch and identify potential clients in the US and global markets.Execute cold outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and calls.Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system.Client EngagementInitiate contact with leads to understand their requirements.Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for senior sales representatives.Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.Sales Support & CollaborationWork closely with the senior sales team to align strategies and targets.Track and report daily activities, lead status, and conversion metrics.Participate in team meetings to share insights and progress updates.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (international or local).Excellent English communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with cold outreach, CRM tools, and LinkedIn prospecting.Enthusiastic, target-driven, and eager to learn international sales strategies.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives.Professional training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.Exposure to international B2B and B2C sales (US market focus).Clear career growth path to Senior SDR / Business Development Executive roles.Health insurance, annual leaves, and other benefits.Supportive, growth-oriented, and dynamic work environment.
