We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to support our business growth in the Malaysia market. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, social media, canvassing, and networking.Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to develop a robust lead pipeline.Initiate contact with prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.Track and document all activities, leads, and results accurately.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or recruitment consulting.Proven success in prospecting and lead generation across multiple channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.EligibilityThis position is open only to Malaysian citizens. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.CompensationSalary Range: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per monthCommission: Performance-based commission provided in addition to base salary
