Job Type: Full Time (Remote)Salary Bracket: 40 - 50KElite IT Team is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive client acquisition, manage communication, and close deals through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience working with service-based IT companies, particularly in custom web and app development, digital marketing, and technology solutions.Preferred working hours are 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT) to align with international client activity. Elite IT Team is a remote-first company with 2–3 in-person gatherings per year, attended at the company’s expense. Responsibilities:Identify and bid on relevant projects across freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.Write persuasive and tailored proposals to effectively communicate service offerings.Manage client communication from initial inquiry through closing, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare accurate scopes, timelines, and pricing.Maintain consistent follow-ups, build relationships, and convert leads into active projects.Track proposal success rates, client feedback, and optimize bidding strategies accordingly.Contribute to improving sales and outreach strategies based on market trends.Requirements:1–3 years of experience as an SDR or in client acquisition/bidding roles for service-based IT companies.Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms and their bidding processes.Strong understanding of web and app development, digital marketing, and related tech services.Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and client-handling skills.Proven track record in lead generation, proposal writing, and deal closure.
