Job SummaryAs a Virtual Sales Development Representative, you will execute daily outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers (C-Level), build rapport quickly, assess client needs, and qualify opportunities. You will also run outbound prospecting campaigns, contribute to team projects to refine sales processes, and consistently aim to achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily outbound phone calls and emails to target prospects and decision-makers.Build quick rapport, assess needs, and qualify opportunities.Handle objections and conduct C-level conversations with senior executives.Explain products, solutions, and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes.Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers.Collaborate with clients to create territory plans, including target companies, prospects, and messaging/talk tracks.Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine the sales process.Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for prospect interactions.Research and grow new and existing accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, and coordinating discovery meetings.Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years’ experience in Cloud-based IT sales is advantageous.Tech-savvy with strong consultative B2B solution selling experience.Outgoing, confident, and experienced in inbound/outbound phone sales with excellent phone manners.Strong experience engaging C-level enterprise clients.Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments.History of quota over-achievement.Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.Analytical mindset, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and presenting sales pitches.Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Bachelor’s degree or diploma; business, sales, or technical degrees are a plus.
