Sales Development Representative (SDR) – APACLocation: Ha Noi (onsite - support hybrid) or Da Nang (Remote)Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team, focusing on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) across key Asia Pacific markets. This role will work closely with our Sales and Marketing functions to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and support the growth of our Checkout and B2B payment solutions.Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through outbound initiatives • Research industries, client profiles, and use cases to identify new business opportunities • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into SQLs for the Sales team • Identify key decision makers, tailor messaging, and present the Payoneer value proposition • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and online channels to drive meaningful engagement • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance on campaigns, industry events, and prospecting activities • Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and market developmentsRequirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field • Strong verbal and written communication in English • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong research capabilities • Ability to qualify prospects, ask the right questions, and adapt messaging to business needs • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development/Lead Generation (including cold calling and discovery emails) • Preferred: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Advantage: Experience in payments or fintechBenefits • Base salary: 17,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (Gross) • KPI bonus and 13th-month bonus (based on company performance) • Full salary and full social insurance during probation (2 months) • Multinational working environment • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Contract term: 12 months • Interview process: 2 rounds (Vietnamese and English)
