With rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for motivated talent to join our journey and help shape the future of mobility.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SRD) to support our Growth Team who drives our International Sales. This role is designed as a stepping stone to a future Account Executive position, offering hands-on experience in sales operations, client interactions, and business development. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about driving business growth.Key Responsibilities·  Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and client communications.·  Lead Management: Research potential clients, manage CRM databases, and track lead progress.·  Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend sales meetings, prepare briefing documents, and take notes for follow-ups.·  Customer Engagement: Handle initial inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless client experience.· Activation Team collaboration: Ensure tight communication and alignment with the Activation Team during new client onboardings·  Market Research: Gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategies.·  Sales Pipeline Management: Compile data and reports to provide sales pipeline to management team.·  Administrative Efficiency: Support the sales team in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and event coordination.Qualifications·  Experience in sales, customer support, or administrative roles (ideally min. 1-2 years of experience)·  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.·  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (HubSpot preferable), and an eagerness to learn new software.·  A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.·  Fluent in English and / or German a must + French is advantageousPreferred Traits·  Ambitious and eager to grow into a Account Executive / Sales Manager role.·  A self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.·  Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.·  Adaptability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic startup environment.What We Offer·  A structured path to a Sales Manager position, with mentorship from leadership and hands-on training.·  A fast-paced, innovative environment in a rapidly growing company.·  Exposure to high-level sales strategy and business development.·  Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives (unlimited variable package).·  Opportunities for career growth and professional development.If you are eager to launch your sales career and want to be part of a high-growth startup, apply now and grow with us at ShareP!
