The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting efforts. Daily tasks include contacting potential customers via phone and email, qualifying leads, setting appointments for the sales team, and conducting market research. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with CRM software and maintaining accurate recordsProficiency in email and phone outreach techniquesAbility to conduct market research and generate leadsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPrior sales experience, particularly in software or technology, is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
