We connect industry-leading life science organizations with the insights and expertise they need to drive meaningful decisions.Role Overview:We're looking for a proactive, resilient, and relationship-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build something new.This is a pipeline-building role, focused primarily on outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging key decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings within life sciences and pharmaceuticals.Your primary responsibility is to create new business opportunities through consistent outbound outreach and strategic prospecting.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy opening doors where none existed before, and get energy from starting conversations that turn into real opportunities, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-upsIdentify and research target accounts within pharma, biotech, life sciences, market research firms, and consultanciesEngage decision-makers and qualify leads based on fit and opportunity potentialBook high-quality meetings for Account Executives and senior sales team membersMaintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity consistentlyCollaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunitiesGather market feedback from conversations to help refine positioning and outreach strategyConsistently hit activity and meeting targetsWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (experience in knowledge services, professional services, or life sciences is a plus - but not essential)Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity, including daily cold callingResilient and persistent - you understand that outbound takes consistency and are willing to learnStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedCompetitive, target-driven mindset with a desire to grow into a closing role over timeCurious and proactive - you enjoy researching accounts and tailoring outreach to get the job doneCoachable and eager to improveWhy Join KGG?Accelerated career growth with a clear path into Account Executive or vertical ownership rolesHigh visibility and direct impact on building our consultancy and private equity verticalA dynamic and engaging environment with a diverse international teamCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to meetings and pipeline generationFlexible work environment and support for professional developmentOpportunity to make your mark in a fast-evolving company at the forefront of decentralized science
