Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Division: Inside Sales (In-House)Category: Full-Time – PermanentPosition Overview:The SDR will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the overall sales pipeline. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the SDR will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and outbound outreach.Qualification: Evaluate leads to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile and product fit.Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and interactions within the CRM system.Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies, share prospect insights, and optimize outreach efforts.Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related technical field.Proven experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably within the IT sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects.Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot) and other sales engagement tools.Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Mass Communication will be an added advantage.Basic understanding of IT products and services with a strong willingness to learn.Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining consistency and performance.Strong team player with the capability to work independently.Technical acumen and awareness of current technology and Middle East market trends.Resilience, adaptability, and self-motivation in a fast-paced sales environment.
