From stealth-mode innovators to hyper-growth Series A–D startups, we’re helping them scale their engineering, commercial and product teams in some of the most competitive markets on the planet.We’re expanding our business development function and are now in the market for an exceptionally motivated and hungry Sales professional who’s hungry to help us build out our business in the Netherlands, focusing on the Tech space and Founder led/ VC backed businessesThe RoleAs a new business winner, you’ll directly support our leadership team and be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline of hiring projects in the product, Tech and GTM Commercial spaces with high-growth startups and corporate new venture teams.Partnering closely with several of our senior leaders, you will be front and centre in the Netherlands, working with some of the most exciting NL startups, where speed to market, quality, and precision make all the difference.What You’ll Be DoingEngaging with Founders and Investors: Building genuine relationships with founders and Investors, to really understand their growth challenges and trajectoryProspecting: Identifying potential customers through outbound sales and marketing activities like cold calling, emailing, and using social media platforms like LinkedIn.Qualifying leads: Determining if a prospect is a good fit for our servicesNurturing initial interest: At the top of the funnel, engaging with leads to build interest and educate them about our company's offerings.Handoff to our leadership team: After leads are qualified, experienced recruiters will come in behind you to onboard new clients and close deals.Data gathering: Market mapping to collect key sales data and conduct research to better inform future outreach, planning innovative strategies to create interest amongst target customers (ICP's)Pipelining: Working hand-in-hand with our clients to deeply understand their needs and growth plans, ensuring we help them scale and deliver against their ambitious hiring roadmaps and targetsProviding Insights: Keeping your finger on the pulse of the NL tech scene – salaries, skills in demand, new funding rounds, and hiring trends.Account Development: Working closely with some incredible hyper-growth companies and founders, to develop our relationship, trust and footprint, in turn creating more opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForExperienced business winner, building new markets (and knowledge) at paceHigh EQ and strong communication skills – you will love engaging with founders and investors, quickly building understanding and trustA natural curiosity about technology, startups, and how engineering, product and commercial teams scaleResilience, adaptability, and a bias for action (highly proactive approach) – you thrive when things move fast and the pressure is onWhat You’ll GetA chance to work with some of the most exciting startups and inspirational founders coming out of the Netherlands right nowExposure to the NL startup ecosystemTraining and mentorship from experienced leadersA high-performance, supportive cultureCompetitive base salary + commission + progression opportunities.Why Morpheus?We’re relationship-driven, obsessed with quality, and laser-focused on helping start and scale-ups hire the people who’ll change the game.
