Our mission is to:Perfectly understand the requirements and pain points of our merchant prospects/clientsDrive effective execution while being sharply oriented to scoping complex solutionsEnsure that we are always relevant to merchants and they find our interactions very valuableOur Team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of very ambitious and knowledgeable payment professionals, as well as the freedom to make your own impact. You, as our Sales Development Representative will be driving growth by driving further our sales activities.How you will make an impactYou will conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social mediaYou will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and qualificationYou will research and understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/servicesYou will work with CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, track progress, and report on key metricsWhat we are looking forYou have a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldYou have 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business developmentYou have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholdersYou are highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaborativelyYou have the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environmentYou are fluent in English and in one of the Nordic languages What we offerHigh impact and high velocity environment with the most talented and ambitious people you will ever work withA chance to shape the story of a company and a category from the ground upReal ownership.
