This is a front-line Customer-engagement role responsible for getting sales-qualified leads. The Sales Development Representative will use their knowledge of Global Payment Solutions to help customers to identify their needs and collaborate with Sales Team to convert leads into customers with a tailored solution 1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads within the target market. Utilize various sources, including online research, industry events, and networking, to generate leads. 2. Prospecting and Outreach: Contact with leads through phone calls (mainly), emails, and other communication channels. Clearly articulate our products or services and their value to potential clients. 3. Sales Qualification: Understand the unique needs and pain points of each lead and tailor solutions accordingly. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers. 4. Pipeline Management: Continuously update and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software. Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. 5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Who are we looking for? At least 6 months of related experience with proven result: lead generation, lead qualification, Teleprofilling, sales, etc Candidate must possess at least High School level Excellent communication in Vietnamese & at least B2 level in English Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
