About the Role:We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home position aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cold calling and prospecting US-based prospects.You’ll be responsible for generating qualified appointments through outbound outreach, engaging decision-makers, and helping drive pipeline growth for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective leads across the US market.Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.Qualify prospects based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns when required.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and qualified opportunity targets.Requirements:2–4 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Rep, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.Proven track record of cold calling and generating qualified meetings from outbound activities.Familiarity with US market sales practices and business communication standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Comfortable working remotely and independently while aligned with EST working hours.Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, SalesLoft, or Outreach is a plus.
