Our agentic AI-driven platform is transforming the landscape—helping PreK–12 educators and students collaborate to build inclusive, standards-aligned, and future-ready curriculum like never before.Position Overview:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Learning Genie Inc., you’ll be on the front lines of our growth journey—connecting with potential customers, introducing them to our award-winning SaaS platform, and fueling our expansion in the EdTech B2B space. You’ll leverage your communication skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven mindset to research markets, identify qualified prospects, and engage them through personalized outreach. Your work will directly impact Learning Genie’s mission to revolutionize how educators teach and students learn through technology.This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about sales, technology, and education innovation. It’s also a great opportunity to grow into higher-impact roles within our sales or business development team as you demonstrate excellence and leadership potential.What you’ll bring to the team:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.Reach out to prospects through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media).Qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit with our SaaS solutions.Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls and product demonstrations.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.Why we get excited about you:At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, within the SaaS B2B industry.Advanced communication skills and English proficiency (Advanced English level is a must)Proven track record of: Ability to conduct market research and identify key decision-makers.Cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn).Ability to qualify leads based on business needs and product fit.Leading discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations.Collaborating with sales teams to nurture and convert leads.AI driven mindset and experience.
