The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team to sell our professional services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development, with strong communication and organizational skills.Primary Responsibilities:Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media channels to generate new leads for our professional services team.Use CRM [D365] to document all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records of sales activity.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful lead follow-up and opportunity conversion.Attend relevant events and webinars to keep up-to-date with industry trends and generate new leads.Provide feedback to the sales leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.Achieve and exceed assigned lead generation targets.Ability to follow a sales process while leveraging cadence tools and systems.Tools:Primary: company-provided LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Secondary: ZoomInfo, with a planned switch to Apollo.io.Qualifications:Branding: The SDR must be able to use a company-branded LinkedIn profile (logo, company name) with a Philadelphia location to maintain brand consistency.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (not required).Must have prior tech services SDR experience2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in a professional services environment.Proven track record of success in sales development, with the ability to generate leads and set appointments with key decision-makers.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.Experience using D365 CRM or similar systems to manage and track sales activity.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the IT industry or related fields is a plus.
