Reporting to the Senior Team Lead, Sales , this role is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career, contribute directly to revenue growth, and help childcare owners and directors solve real business challenges.As the first line of communication with potential customers, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up Account Executives (AEs) for success. You will help shape how Lillio is perceived in the market while learning the ins and outs of the sales process in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.What You'll Be DoingLead with high-energy outbound outreach to create new pipeline, while treating inbound leads as an added bonus for generating qualified sales opportunities.Build rapport with key decision-makers (owners, directors, and administrators) to understand their challenges and introduce Lillio’s solutions.Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect needs and pain points.Qualify leads to ensure AEs focus on high-potential opportunities.Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff and a strong start to the customer relationship.Manage a structured lead pipeline in Salesforce, keeping data accurate and up-to-date.Stay informed about Lillio’s offerings and childcare industry trends to provide relevant insights.Participate in team meetings, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives to optimize top-of-funnel performance.Help launch targeted outbound campaigns to drive pipeline growth.Research leads to enrich data and prioritize lead lists.Report on campaign performance and share insights to optimize results.Take extreme ownership over the inbound funnel, iterating continuously to increase conversion rates.Reach and exceed monthly quota for opportunities generated, consistently driving top-of-funnel growth.What We're Looking For1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (SaaS experience is a plus).Highly motivated, energetic, and driven to engage potential customers and consistently hit outreach and opportunity creation goals.A strong history of meeting and exceeding measurable performance goals.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and connecting with decision-makers.Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.Demonstrates a growth mindset, thrives in a culture of coaching and feedback, and actively engages in self-reflection and personal development.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Salesloft is a plus.Passionate and excited about helping childcare providers succeed and improve outcomes for families and communities.Experience in sales (SDR, BDR) is an asset — but grit, drive, and a growth mindset matter most.$50,000 - $85,000 a yearDon’t have all the requirements but convinced you’ll be able to make an impact?
