The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B sales, preferably in software or marketing agencies, and is adept at using tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead outreach automation software (e.g., Dripify). This role is perfect for someone who thrives on follow-up, driving results, and identifying areas for improvement in the sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation ManagementManage inbound and outbound lead generation using advanced tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead outreach automation software such as Dripify.Execute automated outreach campaigns while ensuring follow-through and personalizing engagement as needed.Handle warm leads generated through automated campaigns and ensure consistent follow-up to maximize booking rates.Prospect Engagement and Follow-UpProactively engage with prospects through multi-channel follow-ups (LinkedIn, email, etc.).Organize and prioritize leads using sentiment-based auto-labeling tools to focus on high-value opportunities.Use creative outreach strategies to optimize engagement and conversions.Process Improvement and CollaborationIdentify gaps in current workflows and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging frameworks and outreach strategies.Stay updated on industry best practices to continuously enhance outreach methods.Data Management and AnalysisMaintain accurate CRM records and ensure all prospect interactions are logged.Use data insights to refine outreach strategies and identify new opportunities.Monitor and report progress to improve overall results and outcomes.Optional/Bonus ResponsibilityEngage with prospects organically by responding to comments on the account’s posts or other relevant accounts.Identify and engage potential leads from these interactions to bring them into the sales funnel.QualificationsProven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar role, with a focus on B2B sales.Experience in B2B software or a B2B marketing agency is highly preferred.Expertise with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead outreach automation tools like Dripify.Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on driving results and improving processes.Creative problem-solver with a "hunter" mentality and a drive to exceed targets.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and multi-channel outreach tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
