We partner with some of the most innovative companies in the digital ecosystem, providing solutions that drive both monetization and growth.We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Publisher Development team. In this role, you’ll help drive growth by identifying and engaging potential publisher partners for our network. We are looking for someone local to Lutsk who will be able to work out of our office for training, meetings, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in or is looking to learn about digital advertising, performance marketing, and online publisher partnerships.What You’ll DoResearch and identify prospective publishers and content partners across various digital channels.Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, social, occasional calls) to introduce Adscend Media and generate interest.Qualify leads and set up introductory calls for the Publisher Development team.Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and pipeline in CRM tools.Assist with market research and competitor insights.Collaborate with team members to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach workflows.What We’re Looking ForBased in Ukraine (preferable in the Lutsk area) with the ability to reliably work EST business hours.Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to new contacts.Interest in digital advertising, online media, affiliate marketing, or publisher partnerships.Basic familiarity with outreach tools, CRMs, or LinkedIn prospecting is a plus Previous SDR, lead generation, customer support, or sales experience is also a plus, though we’re willing to train high-potential candidates.What We OfferRemote-first culture with flexible, collaborative teammates.Training and mentorship to grow your skills in sales, partnerships, and performance marketing.Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company in the digital advertising and rewards space.Salary range: starting at $800/month+ based on experienceIf you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about breaking into the digital advertising industry, we’d love to hear from you.Apply with your resume and a short note about why you're interested in the role.
