Sales Development Executive – (South Dublin)Full-time | On-site | Established Industry LeaderOur client is a long-established workwear company based on the south side of Dublin, supplying high-quality uniforms to sectors such as hospitality, corporate, medical, healthcare, and beauty. With decades of experience and a strong reputation, they are expanding their team and seeking a driven Business Development Executive who thrives on winning new business.Role OverviewThis role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of clients. The ideal candidate enjoys selling over the phone, can confidently approach prospects, and is motivated by achieving (and exceeding) targets. You’ll play a key role in growing the brand by converting leads into long-term customers across multiple sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Generation: Proactively develop, contact, and qualify leads. Drive outbound phone sales and organise client meetings to understand uniform needs and present solutions.Client & Channel Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals across various industries.CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and produce clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Market Awareness: Stay tuned to sector trends and identify new commercial opportunities.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in new business development, ideally across multiple sectors.Confident phone seller with excellent communication and influencing skills.Target-driven with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.Strong CRM experience for pipeline management and reporting.Background in uniforms, healthcare, hospitality, workwear, or beauty sectors an advantage.Resilient, proactive, self-starter with a positive, team-oriented approach.What’s on OfferExcellent commission structure plus competitive base salary.Supportive, collaborative working environment.Strong company reputation and long-standing customer base.Opportunities for career progression, including potential to move into senior or managerial roles.Great working conditions in a South Dublin location.
