Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Indonesia (Remote)💼 Independent/Service Contract 💰 Base: USD $800/month + Commission (Performance-Based)About the Client:Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company backed by strong partnerships with top-tier messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Meta. With a client base of 10,000+ across 25+ industries in Asia and Europe, they specialize in business messaging solutions, chatbot automation, and CRM integrations. They are currently expanding into Indonesia and looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales using personal networks.What You’ll Do:Conduct outbound sales outreach using your own network in Indonesia.Onboard prospects and convert them into paying customers.Manage and update CRM with sales pipeline information.Collaborate with internal teams to get the right messaging and materials.Maintain monthly revenue growth to unlock commissions.What You’ll Get:Full access and training on CRM and sales toolsRemote, flexible work environmentOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced international SaaS businessRequirements:Proven experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or lead generationHas a strong business network in Indonesia, preferably in tech or SME sectorFamiliar with CRM tools and able to use digital channels effectivelyExcellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishMust-have skills: outbound sales, lead generation, CRM tools, B2B SaaS, business networking, communication (Bahasa & English), self-driven, remote sales experience
