You'll be the voice that brings business owners closer to Sleek's mission - making accounting, bookkeeping and incorporation simple, smart, and human.You'll move fast, think like a founder and get energy from helping small businesses cut through red tape. You won't be just making calls - you'll be shaping first impressions, building trust and helping business owners get the confidence to launch, grow and thrive.Outcomes: Lead Qualification & Conversion:Respond to new inbound leads enquiries, maintain world class first contact SLA and a healthy meeting to closed-won conversion rateQualify inbound and partner-generated leads against Sleek's ideal customer profile to uncover business problems, pain points related to accounting, bookkeeping and incorporation requirementsDeliver consistent monthly meeting volume for Account Executives, contributing directly to sales pipeline targetsPipeline Development & Nurturing:Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline by engaging with leads who are not yet ready to buyNurture prospects over time through thoughtful follow-ups, personalised messaging and educational contentProvide visibility to the sales team on lead status and engagement patterns to support forecasting and pipeline planningCollaboration & Feedback Loop:Work closely with AEs and Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and patterns in inbound flowContribute insights to improve lead routing, partner engagement and messagingProduct & Industry Knowledge:Have an expert-level knowledge of Sleek's offerings, value proposition and updates, while staying up to date on industry trends and competitor offeringsTools Proficiency:Maintain accurate CRM data with up-to-date call notes, lead status and follow-upsLeverage AI tools to increase efficiency in outreach and prospectingBehavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team.
