Our all-in-one solution combines software, savings, and support — helping salon owners simplify operations, eliminate processing fees, and boost profits with our integrated Clover POS and STX Inspire platform.About the Role We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our reach across the U.S., especially within the Vietnamese beauty salon community.You’ll be the first point of contact for salon owners — introducing them to our “Profit Action Plan” (a free consultation that helps them discover ways to save and grow), and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.What You’ll Do 💬 Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to salon owners using GoHighLevel lead lists 📅 Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for the “Profit Action Plan” 💡 Explain our offer: free Clover POS terminal, 3 months of STX Inspire software, and zero processing fees through dual pricing 🔁 Follow up on engaged leads (including eBook downloads of the “Salon Profits Playbook”) 📊 Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet outreach KPIs 🤝 Collaborate with management to refine scripts, increase show rates, and optimize performanceWhat We’re Looking For ✅ Fluent in English — Vietnamese fluency is a major plus ✅ Previous experience as an SDR, cold caller, or inside sales rep (ideally in fintech or service-based sales) ✅ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills ✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated ✅ Familiarity with CRMs such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot ✅ Track record of hitting or exceeding outreach and meeting targets
