Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, and more countries soon, love running on Tebi.About The RoleWe're looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of our growth engine - managing the beginning of our sales cycle, directly driving our business and revenue growth by bringing in new customers.In this role, you’ll blend your people and communication skills with passion to make hospitality businesses more smooth in their operations. You will act as the first point of contact for the customer, working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure we are not just winning business, but building long-term value and market share.ResponsibilitiesOwn top of the funnel activity for a dedicated region. Hit conversion targets across the stages of the funnel that are in your responsibility. Communicate our value and mission to our prospective partners, build trusted relationships with the hospitality network in the region. Do market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities within your region. Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Leadership to remove bottlenecks and improve scaling. Ensure smooth handoff to Success following close to drive activation and ongoing performance. Maintain high CRM hygiene to enable the best handover to the sales and success team. What You’ll Need0-1 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Customer-facing roles ideally within SaaS/ Tech/ Hospitality or Startup space. Passion for the hospitality industry and customer-facing activities is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is a strong plus. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and “Leave your ego at the door” mentalitySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building from scratch, and bias toward action. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Dutch.
