Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Officer with hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM to drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team. This role demands a proactive individual with strong communication, analytical, and CRM management skills.Package - AED 12000 - AED 14000/month + IncentivesResponsibilities:• Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage, track, and analyze leads throughout the sales cycle.• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.• Conduct prospect research to understand business needs, pain points, and decision-making structures.• Nurture leads through personalized email campaigns, calls, and HubSpot workflows.• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.• Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions and sales progress in HubSpot.• Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development or Sales team.• Analyze HubSpot dashboards and generate reports on lead performance, engagement, and pipeline health.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a technology or SaaS industry or B2B. • Proven experience using HubSpot CRM for lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Familiarity with sales automation tools and digital prospecting strategies is an advantage.Key Skills:HubSpot CRM • Lead Qualification • Sales Pipeline Management • Communication • Prospecting • Reporting & Analytics • Sales Automation • B2B Lead Generation
