Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies and plans in alignment with overall business objectives, break down targets, and ensure effective implementation to meet performance KPIs.Lead regional sales operations, coordinate internal team resources, and collaborate with pre-sales and after-sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end sales management.Identify and acquire new clients, build long-term, strategic partnerships, and conduct regular field visits to distributors and key accounts.Monitor distributor activities, deliver product training, communicate company policies, and manage promotional material supply.Take full ownership of client acquisition, development, and relationship management within the assigned region; achieve personal sales targets.Work closely with marketing and consulting teams to gather frontline market intelligence and actively participate in competitor analysis.Willing and able to travel frequently across Hong Kong, Macau, and occasionally Southeast Asia as required. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of sales or regional marketing experience in Hong Kong and/or Macau; experience in Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage.Existing network of local government (G2G/G2B) clients or channel partners in the technology sector is highly preferred.Prior experience in AI (Artificial Intelligence), audio-visual systems, IT software integration, or smart hardware industries is a significant plus.Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; fluency in English is required for report writing and cross-regional collaboration.Comfortable with field-based work and frequent travel.
