This is NOT a role at Bluebird, but at one of our clients. 💼 Sales Director – BelgiumLocation: AntwerpenLanguage: Dutch (Flemmish) / EnglishWFH policy: Hybrid (2–3 days office)Industry: B2B SaaS📌 Role Overview– Sales leader for the Belgium SMB & Mid-Market segment– Directly managing 3 BDMs (AEs) and 3 Account Managers– Ownership of growing BE ARR from €8M to €15M within 3–4 years– Mix of inbound and outbound sales, with a strong push on scaling outbound in mid-market– Coaching-first role with full ownership of pipeline, forecasting, CRM discipline, and rep development💎 Unique About the Company– Combines the stability of a ~€100M ARR multinational with scale-up agility– Bootstrapped for 14+ years before taking on funding to accelerate growth– High-performance, low-ego culture with strong autonomy and ownership🚀 Growth Perspective– Company is growing fast, lots of career development opportunities– Close collaboration with senior leadership (directly reporting into CRO)– Opportunity to localise global GTM strategy and shape the next growth phase in Belgium🎯 Must Haves– 5–10 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (closing roles)– 2–5 years of people management experience– Proven success selling into SMB and mid-market– Strong background in both inbound and outbound sales motions– Experience in start-up or scale-up environments– Dutch (Flemish) language proficiency– Based in or able to work from Antwerp 2–3 days per week⭐ Nice to Haves– Experience in Belgian SaaS or tech sales (IT or public sector a plus)– French language skills– Background in CX, ITSM, or service-oriented software– Exposure to multiple verticals or business models💶 Compensation– Up to €130K – €190K OTE (60/40 split) + company carInterested?
