Our ideal team member will have previous experience in financing assets and selling add-on products through direct sales activity, following up leads generated by marketing, actively sourcing new business opportunities using external agents/brokers, dealers/suppliers, accountants and direct to market with excellent presentation and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesProactively sources sales from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, sourcing new customers or through 3rd party introducers.Responsible to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, dealers and other introductory sources via telephone, emails, and face to face meetings.Prepares a sales action plan to identify specific targets and follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identifying sales prospects. Preparation of presentations, proposals, credit committee proposals to gain underwriters approval of the deal and sales agreements.Prepares paperwork as required by the Company to activate the deal and ensures all necessary legal documentation is fully in place prior to the pay-out of any deal.Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events/seminars and demonstrations, awards ceremonies, etc.Ensures the Treating Customers Fairly initiative is fully promoted, implemented, and adhered to, and that any customer complaints are effectively managed and reported in line with the Treating Customers Fairly Guidelines.WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:Asset Finance Industry experience/ knowledgeA proven track record within the Asset Finance industryStrong credit and risk understandingThe ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectivelyA practical problem solverDriven to meet and exceed targetsIT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:Business administration degree or equivalent qualificationQFAWe are an inclusive organisation and committed to ensuring our recruitment process is as accessible as possible to everyone.
