Anton’s long-term goal is to become a world-leading green energy technical services company, growing together with its clients and talent to promote high-quality development in the energy industry.Position:Sales DirectorLocation: Xi An -China Department: Deep Earth Insights Data TechKey Responsibilities:Formulate and implement sales strategies, define goals and plans, lead the team in expanding the domestic and international fiber-optic logging market, and increase product market share.Identify potential clients, maintain relationships with key accounts, tailor sales solutions based on customer needs, drive continuous business growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to support product strategy adjustments; manage the sales team and enhance its sales and service performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields; familiar with sales management systems and fiber-optic logging business.Over 8 years of experience in sales management, with more than 5 years in sales within the oilfield logging or related industries; proven track record in expanding both domestic and international markets.Excellent business negotiation, client relationship management, and team leadership skills; good command of English; able to travel frequently for extended periods
